You are responsible for securing your payment methods, including bank cards, used on AurumDust. We will not accept refund claims if your card is used without your permission, unless a relevant authority informs us of suspected fraud.
You can subscribe via Banking Cards or SMS if you are an Orange, Telecom, or Vodafone customer. This payment methods will redirect you to a payment page where you must enter your phone number and follow SMS instructions to activate the package. Instructions for unsubscribing will be provided upon payment confirmation.
Keep your validation code and the short number provided by Netopia to manage or cancel your subscription. Note, Netopia SMS payments automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
You can purchase AurumDust Play time tickers via third-party websites, stores, or authorized distributors. Activation codes received after purchase must be entered on your "My Account" page to activate your subscription. The terms and pricing of third-party distributors may vary.
We may terminate your access to AurumDust or specific functionalities during maintenance checks without notice. Your session may also end automatically for reasons including inactivity over 10 minutes, maintenance checks, or extended session durations.
We are not liable for any loss or damage due to session terminations or unavailability of AurumDust, including unsaved data or progress.
You acknowledge no compensation is owed for downtime caused by maintenance checks.
The information on AurumDust is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor do we promise that the data accessed through AurumDust is accurate, reliable, or current.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of AurumDust, or any issues arising from its use, including data loss or system failures.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AurumDust and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of AurumDust, your content, or your interactions on the platform.
Your agreement to these terms begins upon your account creation and continues as long as you use AurumDust. We may terminate your account at any time, and you may also cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support.
Key provisions such as liability limitations and indemnity obligations will survive the termination of these terms.
We cooperate with law enforcement and may disclose your information as required by law.
We may modify these terms at any time; continued use of AurumDust after changes implies acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue using AurumDust.
If you believe your copyright has been infringed on AurumDust, you may submit a notice to us with required details for action.
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Cyprus. We may assign these terms without restriction.
